About Janice Harris

As a lifelong member of the Southwest Florida community, Janice has long called the area home, enjoying more than 300 days of sunshine each year, the scent of saltwater, boating, and brilliant blue skies set against the lush Florida landscape. Naples, beautifully built along the coast, offers a lifestyle she knows well and deeply appreciates. One of her favorite traditions is the beach sunsets, a nightly ritual unique to the city’s west facing Gulf shoreline.

Janice represents clients in Naples’ waterfront communities with a disciplined, strategic approach shaped by her background in complex real estate and business advisory. Prior to entering licensed brokerage, she advised on numerous significant transactions across both residential and commercial sectors. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting and is a Florida CPA, informing her perspective on valuation, negotiation, and long term asset positioning.

Her understanding of coastal ownership is deeply informed by the realities of waterfront living, including navigational access, dockage, seasonal management, and property stewardship. Her practice is defined by preparation, discretion, steady advocacy, and a warmth that puts clients at ease. While her primary focus is Naples’ waterfront communities, she is pleased to assist clients throughout Southwest Florida, a region she has always proudly called home.
